What are Sample Reporting Documents?
- Sample Reporting Documents are full set of financial statements including the following documents:-
- Directors' Report
- Independent auditor's Report
- Annual Financial Statements
- They are presented based on the disclosure requirements of New Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and HKGAAP (including HKFRSs, HKFRS for PE and revised SME-FRS).
- They are applicable to the financial statements for the financial period beginning on or after 3 March 2014.
- Four formats are available, two company-level with one English version and one Traditional Chinese version; two consolidated-level with one English version and one Traditional Chinese version.

How to order?

- Issue a cheque payable to Tako Professional Services Limited according to the instructions.
- Send the order form together with the cheque to our office.
- All softcopies and hardcopies of the sample reporting documents will be sent to the buyer within five working days. The softcopies will be sent to the “softcopy only” buyers by e-mail. The hardcopies and softcopies will be sent to the “Hardcopy and softcopy” buyers by courier (the softcopy is saved in a CD-ROM). Additional charge may be required for all goods sent to a location outside Hong Kong.
